All eligible businesses or nonprofits are currently able to register for Minnesota Secure Choice. There is no need to wait until the registration phase for your business or nonprofit. All employers with with W-2 employees receiving Minnesota taxable wages are able to register for the program as early as January 2026. As your deadline approaches, we'll send you an invite and reminder via email or mail. Then, simply enter your EIN and the Access Code via the online Employer Portal.
