How are employers notified when it's time to register for the program?

Minnesota Secure Choice sends a series of emails or letters to eligible employers when it’s time to register. These communications include a unique Access Code, registration deadline and instructions. Program details and deadlines can be found at https://securechoice.mn.gov/employers/program-details.

Employers that already offer a qualified plan or are otherwise exempt from the State's mandate can certify an exemption.
